Pop superstar Katy Perry is bringing a little rock and roll when she performs at the 2015 Super Bowl halftime concert in February. Rocker Lenny Kravitz has been tapped to join the singer onstage at the event.

NBC will broadcast the Pepsi Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show live at the University of Phoenix Stadium on Feb. 1. According to PR Newswire, Perry will discuss her performance and her special guest during an interview on NBC’s ‘Today’ morning program on Monday (Jan. 12).

"He's got so much style. He's the coolest. He's the King of cool," said Perry of Kravitz (via E! News). "He's going to make me so much cooler that day."

Perry wouldn’t divulge much of what she has planned for the big show but she did teased that Kravitz might perform his 1999 hit single, ‘American Woman.’

Katy Perry is known for her fun concert spectacles, which always includes some type of pyrotechnics and fireworks. So get ready for a rocking good time during the Super Bowl halftime performance.
