Talk about being creative and doing something different.

LeToya Luckett just released a video that plays more like a movie, with the actual song not starting until the midpoint of a 10-minute clip.

The cut is called "Used To," which mixes traditional R&B stylings with today's popular reggae vibe, used by countless artists from Rihanna to Tory Lanez to of course, Drake.

In the video/short film, the former Destiny's Child member is caught in a situation that many could probably relate to: Her man's best friend happens to be a woman, and LeToya isn't too thrilled about that. Plus, as things progress, you see she has good reason to be concerned about things.

The actual "Used To" single is the second song that's been released from the singer's forthcoming album Back 2 Life, which she already dropped the title track for.

As far as the visuals, the Houston native said she really wanted to push the boundaries of what an R&B video is supposed to be like.

"I didn't want to do just a normal music video," said Luckett in a recent interview. "I wanted to tell a story. I really wanted to just flush the story out, and I wanted it to be something that was relatable. Something that I know I have gone through before and I know, not just women but men have gone through as well."

You can watch the epic video above, before Ms. Luckett's Back 2 Life album drops on May 12.
