Ok here is the deal!  I’m over weight and I don’t want to exercise every day or every other day.  I don’t want to get on one of those weight lost programs.

To be honest I don’t want to do anything, I just want the weight to disappear, go away, and vanish.  I want to go to sleep over weight tonight and wake up slim and trim the next morning.

Ok we all know that’s not going to happen.

I have tried to diet. But fruit for lunch is not my thing. I need the fried chicken and all the other unhealthy stuff I can find.
