Is Lil Wayne hanging up the mic? On Saturday (Sept. 3), Weezy jumped on his Twitter account and wrote a few tweets that have left fans scratching their heads.

It appears the veteran rhymer feels mentally defeated and is done with the rap game. He tweeted:

Honestly, we can sympathize with Wayne’s frustration. Within in the past year, the 33-year-old rapper has been embroiled in a legal battle where he is suing both Cash Money and Universal Records for $51 million. Although Birdman has vowed to mend his relationship with “his son,” Wayne has been very adamant about his feelings for Cash Money.

On top of that, because of his legal squabble with Birdman, Wayne has been unable to release a full-length studio project. However, earlier this year, he was able to drop his collaborative mixtape Collegrove with 2 Chainz.

So we can understand why Weezy might be so stressed out. Reps for Lil Wayne had no comment on his bizarre tweets this morning.

So what do you think? Should Lil Wayne retire from the rap game? Tell us in the comments below.
