Despite Birdman's recent claims that things are cool between him and Lil Wayne, Weezy's clothes beg to differ.

Wayne was recently spotted by TMZ in L.A. wearing an (obviously) custom made “F--- Cash Money” baseball cap. Clearly, Wayne isn't letting anyone forget his about his disdain for his former business partner, mentor and father figure, Birdman.

It's a strong reminder that Mr. Carter and Birdman have not made any progress on Wayne's longstanding $51 million lawsuit. They’ve had ongoing settlement talks but apparently, Birdman will not budge.

The centerpiece of the alleged settlement talks involved Birdman finally agreeing to release Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated album Tha Carter V. Apparently, this album release was Wayne's first priority and quite possibly a “victory lap” for the former Cash Money rapper. Wayne thought Birdman was onboard with the release, but when nothing changed on that front, Wayne opted out of any possible settlement with Birdman.

Wayne has, however, clearly kept things moving on the music front, showing up on DJ Khaled's much-hyped Major Key, which just dropped today (July 29) and performing. He's slated to get on stage at Chance the Rapper's upcoming Chicago festival, Magnificent Coloring Day in October and just rocked a (short lived) show at High Times.

We're not sure if Birdman has seen the cap yet but chances are, he wants Weezy to put some respek on his and Cash Money's name.
