If you've ever wondered about the value of your great-grandmother's vase then make plans to bring your small collectibles to the Jemison-Van de Graaff mansion located on Greensboro Avenue.

Local experts will be on hand on Thursday, October 8th between 5:15 - 6:30 to review various items including silver, porcelain, vinyl records, folk art, tools, crystal, and glassware.
The experts offering analysis are:
  • Mr. Cal Wilson - silver
  • Mr. Ian Crawford  - crystal and glassware
  • Mr. Ron Sanders (Eutaw Antiques) - porcelain and small furniture
  • Mr. Alon Wingard - tools
  • Ms. Jamie Cicatiello (Grace Aberdean Habitat Alchemy) - vintage items
  • Ms. Lori Watts - jewelry
  • The Guitar Gallery - vinyl records
The fee is $5 for non members but free to Tuscaloosa Preservation Society members. Organizers say all items must be small enough to be carried by the owner and ask participants to remember the Preservation Society is not responsible for any items brought to the event.
