Man Killed Apparently Not Wearing Seat belt

As we all know the law enforcement saying,'Click it or Ticket' but unfortunately not everyone listens to that message. Last night was a tragic example of NOT wearing your seat belt and the fatal consequences. According to al.com Tuscaloosa police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of University Boulevard and Veterans Memorial Parkway, where they found a young man in the roadway that had apparently been ejected from his vehicle during a traffic accident.

The young man apparently was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead on arrival at DCH Regional Medical Center.

The fatality victim was speeding and driving recklessly through traffic just prior to the crash. Marijuana and prescription drugs were recovered from his vehicle according to police.
