A 22-year-old man is accused of shooting into a car at a gas station early Sunday morning.According to wbrc.com the Tuscaloosa Police responded to a shooting at the Kangaroo Express at 724 East Skyland Blvd around 2:15 a.m. Sunday morning.

When they arrived the victim said he and his girlfriend were inside his vehicle after he got into an argument with the suspect, when the suspect fired shots into the vehicle.

The suspect has been identified as James Freeman who has a warrant out for his arrest for discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. His whereabouts are unknown.
