All is not right in Mariah's World.

Speaking exclusively to Entertainment Tonight, a rep for Mariah Carey has confirmed that the Elusive Chanteuse and her fiance, Australian billionaire James Packer, are going through a rough patch in their relationship, so much so that their future together is admittedly uncertain.

Revealing that Carey and Packer have not seen each other since getting into a heated argument while on vacation in Greece in September, the rep denied rumors that the fight was catalyzed by infidelity on the singer's part, as perpetuated by TMZ.

"The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah," the rep said.

While the engaged couple plans to release an official statement together after they've decided how to move forward in their relationship, the performer's camp remained somewhat optimistic.

"Right now, they're not sure if they will stay together, [but] they are trying to work it out," the rep shared.

Carey and Packer have been engaged for a little under ten months.

Packer proposed to Carey with a 35-carat diamond ring in January, after only a few months of dating. (The two reportedly began their relationship in June 2015.) The "Infinity" singer was spotted wearing her ring as recently as her Halloween party in Los Angeles on October 22.

Carey's upcoming E! series, Mariah's World, premieres December 4.
