It's been years since Master P has done anything musically, but it looks like this week marks the No Limit honcho's return to hip-hop as he pays tribute to one of favorite players of all time with "Dominique Wilkins."

The rap mogul's new track recognizes the nine-time NBA All Star with a video montage highlighting Wilkins' best moments on the court. The Human Highlight Film's red and gold silhouette takes over the screen while his number - 21 - stands tall and Master P shouts out the "iconic" jersey.

"All I do is ball like Dominique Wilkins...Number 21 like Dominique Wilkins (Dominique Wilkins)," he raps.

But Wilkins isn't the only one honored on the track. Dominique's home team, the Atlanta Hawks, also get some love from the New Orleans native. "Oh ya'll forgot about Dominique Wilkins / Oh ya'll forgot the Hawks still in the building," he spits.

Happy to share his latest work, Master P explains why he opted to create this song now.

"Growing up, Dominique was one of my favorite hoopers, so why not make a song about a real legend supreme that opened the doors for some of the greatest NBA players of today," he said. "Every fan that's wearing Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant or Lebron James basketball shoes, should also be wearing #21 Dominique Wilkins."
