Mercedes-Benz Offering Scholarships for Students in Tuscaloosa County

Graduation day is approaching, and students in Tuscaloosa County now have a chance to receive scholarships from Mercedes-Benz.

Fox 6 reports that Mercedes-Benz is offering ten scholarships to students in Tuscaloosa and Jefferson Counties as part of the Mercedes-Benz International Scholarship Program. Half of the scholarships will be awarded to children of MBSUI employees, and the other half will be given to students in Tuscaloosa and Jefferson Counties. The scholarships are a one-time award of $2,000.

Scholarship applications are due March 15, 2016. Scholarship applications and additional information, as well as eligibility requirements, can be found by clicking HERE. Applicants selected to receive a scholarship from MBUSI will be notified in early May.
