Michael Dunn Said He Had To Shoot Jordan Davis

Michael Dunn the man who shot and killed Jordan Davis because his music was too loud claimed he had “no choice” but to shoot him because he feared for his life.

Dunn is charged with 1^st degree murder and 3 counts of attempted murder for each of Davis’ friends who were in the vehicle with Davis.

Dunn and his fiancée were on their way home from a wedding reception when they stopped at the store and pulled up next to vehicle Davis was in.  Dunn asks those in the vehicle to lower the volume. Dunn says he has ear damage and the music “caused him pain.”   Read more and hear his testimony here.
