Michelle Williams and her fiancé, Pastor Chad Johnson have reportedly secured a reality show deal with Oprah Winfrey’s OWN Network.

According to the Jasmine Brand, the unscripted series will document the couple’s life together. No further details have been released about the program.

Williams and Johnson were dating for a year before their engagement earlier this year. The couple met at a spiritual retreat in March 2017. The former Destiny's Child singer was getting over a bad break-up and needed to find herself.

“I was in a horrible, dark place,” she said. “I just needed to go somewhere where I could get a message of hope and restoration, rejuvenation — get connected to God.”

After the retreat, Williams and Johnson kept in touch on social media and started dating in June 2017. In April 2018, Johnson popped the question with a five-carat diamond ring.

“I was getting ready to turn 40, she’s in her late 30s,” said Johnson, who is a sports chaplain. “Neither of us have been married, had children, and I think you just get to a place sometimes where you’re just so career-driven, so focused on what you’re doing at the moment, that it’s kind of a comfort zone. Both of us were in very similar places on a personal level.”

Following the announcement of their engagement, Johnson drew the ire of critics who accused him and his family of being Donald Trump supporters.

There's no word on when the couple's proposed reality series will air on the OWN Network.
