Ok we are one week away from the biggest Barbequing day of the year. Many will have friends over and grills and smokers will be in full effect. There's some that are really good at pulling off the perfect out door party and well, there are some that are not so good.

Have you ever gone to a party and wished that it would be over as soon as possible so that you can make a run to a more promising party?

I've found that a little bit of planning can take a perfectly nice party to the next level, think theme, lighting, will there be fireworks, What's on the Menu?

The right components are always needed to execute it right, inviting fun people, cooking the right mix of food, the weather has to be hot but not to hot. What's the key to pulling of the perfect 4th of July Celebration / BBQ ?
