A Tuscaloosa man responsible for the shooting death of a teenager in 2013 has been denied an appeal for a murder conviction. Tresvon Spencer 22, opened fire inside of a crowded apartment in Creek wood village apartments claiming the life of Angelica Golston, 17.

Tresvon Spencer, 22 was sentenced to life in prison by Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court Judge Jim Roberts after a jury found him guilty in 2015. Spencer was also found guilty on attempted murder charges after injuring other victims.
