New ‘GREEK’ Yogurt….Just for Men…..

Greek yogurt is currently one of the most popular yogurt varieties on the market. Even fat-free versions are creamy and thick, and almost every major yogurt brand has its own adaptation. But it seems those companies haven't done a great job of advertising to gentlemen yogurt eaters. Thankfully "Greek Yogurt for Men" is coming to a supermarket near you.

Powerful Yogurt, a new brand that makes its Greek yogurt specifically for men, is trying to make yogurt seem, well, strong and manly. The packaging looks more like what you would expect to see on an energy drink or protein powder rather than on a container of fluffy, fat-free yogurt, but that's all part of the company's focus on men. The yogurt is, "For men by men. The first yogurt in the U.S. designed for a man's health and nutrition needs."

It's not entirely clear how one can tailor the makeup of a yogurt to be better for men than women, but the site does explain the product's health benefits. it can be eaten as a snack or a "meal substitute." Further benefits of eating the yogurt are described as, "Fat loss, muscle gain, and digestive health."

The makers of powerful yogurt explain why they created a yogurt for men in the first place: "In a niche typically dominated by female consumers, we decided to develop a new Greek yogurt specifically suited to address the unique health and nutrition needs of the most neglected consumers in the category: men."
