I feel very uncomfortable about motorist being able to carry guns in their cars without a permit.

Driving is dangerous enough but to know you just might be sitting next to some nut case with a loaded handgun in his car makes me uncomfortable.

Yeah I know people are doing any way, but knowing that it’s against the law make me feel somewhat safer.

Senator Gerald Allen of Tuscaloosa proposed legislation that would allow anyone over 18 to carry a handgun in his or her vehicle without a permit has passed the first hurdle this legislative session and will now be considered by the Alabama Senate.

First of all I don’t think an 18 year should be allowed to own a gun.  Giving anyone under 21 the right to carry a gun is as crazy as it gets! Read about it at al.com
