Another Suit Brought Against Michael Jackson
Ever heard the term "Rest in Peace?" Well, apparently, the accusers of Michael Jackson haven't. Thirty-six-year-old James Safechuck, who starred with the King of Pop in a Pepsi commercial 26 years ago, has filed suit saying Jackson sexually abused him over 100 times.

Now, Michael Jackson has been dead for just over five years. Why is this suit being brought NOW and against a man who can't defend himself? I usually don't use this kind of terminology in reference to a man, but GIRL, BYE!
I went to Facebook to see if Safechuck had made any posts concerning this suit and the allegations he's claiming, and all I was able to gather was two pictures of a child (supposedly Safechuck, I guess) and Michael Jackson.
So, what do you think? Should "sleeping dogs" lie once the accused is dead, or is it fair to bring suit against the deceased?
