Nicki Minaj, John Legend, Jhene Aiko Added as Performers for 2014 BET Awards

Chart-topping artists Nicki Minaj, John Legend, Jhene Aiko and August Alsina have been added to the star-studded list of performers at the 2014 BET Awards.

The quartet of stars join previously announced singers Pharrell Williams, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Trey Songz, Lionel Richie, Drake and Lil Wayne. Also, Mack Wilds, K. Michelle and Mary J. Blige round out the list.

Minaj, Aiko, Legend and Alsina are also nominees for BET Awards. Alsina garnered four nods, including Best New Artist, while Aiko nabbed two mentions. Both Minaj and Legend received a single nomination apiece.

Hosted by funnyman Chris Rock, the 2014 BET Awards will air live from Los Angeles on June 29 at 8PM ET on BET.
