Nicki Minaj has been hit with a lawsuit by a Las Vegas nightclub for being tardy to the party and then leaving early. Owners of the Chateau Nightclub in the Paris hotel claim the Queen Barbz reneged on her contract and now they want their money back.

According to TMZ, Minaj agreed to host and perform an after party following the Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight back in May. Apparently, the contract stipulated that the “Anaconda” rapper arrive at the club at midnight, stay for an hour and perform two songs.

However, the club owners claim that Minaj arrived at the club an hour late and only stayed for only 34 minutes. They also claim in the lawsuit, which was filed against Minaj’s booking company Pink Personality, that her tardiness affected their ability to sell VIP tables at $25,000 a pop.

On top of that, they already paid Minaj her $236,000 appearance fee and now they want a refund.

This isn't the first time Minaj has been sued for being late to a gig and then skipping out. Last year, a promotions company sued the "Truffle Butter" rapper for being an hour late to a NBA All-Star event in 2011 and then leaving the gig way too early.

Reps for Nicki Minaj had no comment on the matter.
