No Shave November Has Arrived

Now that Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month have ended, a new awareness month has begun-- One to which many women have looked forward since last year: No Shave November!

The purpose is said to increase awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose. Instead of spending money on regular grooming, that money is expected to be donated to an organization that educates about cancer prevention, saves lives, and aids those fighting the battle.

Now, while women could also observe this awareness (and we pray you don't), it is typically male-driven, and men who normally wouldn't grow beards opt to do so. Boy do we appreciate it! Something about a full beard, goatee with or without a soul patch, 5 o'clock shadow, etc. just screams, "I'm a man!"
