According to Tuscaloosa Police, Agents with the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force arrested a suspect for multiple felony charges of selling synthetic marijuana from Tobacco For Less & Convenience in Northport. During a 2 month long investigation the investigation agents learned the suspect was selling synthetic marijuana from his store Tobacco For Less & Convenience in Northport.

Agents executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence in the 3400 Block of 5th Ave in Tuscaloosa and at his store Tobacco For Less & Convenience 2801 Lurleen Wallace Blvd in Northport. During the execution of the search warrant agents recovered synthetic marijuana (Spice), marijuana, and drug paraphernalia
