Oakdale Elementary School Taken It To Another level To Get Kids Signed Up For School

Oakdale Elementary school is planning a event called operation Registration August 2nd 11am - 2pm. They are doing whatever it takes to get kids signed up for school. The push is to get parents in the west Tuscaloosa area to be proactive as it relates to their Children's education.

How many times we as parents wait until the last minute to get our kids signed up for school. They are pushing parents to be more involved and start a yearly routine to get their kids signed up early. Operation Registration will take place in the Hay Court Housing Project Aug. 2nd starting at 11am and end at 2pm. There will also be computer stations set up inside to help parents along with the registration process.

Ed Ramsey along with myself will be on hand to help get kids and parents out to get kids singed up early for school.
