On The Town: Brunch at FIVE Bar

Nothing beats sleeping in on a Sunday, waking up and getting brunch with a couple of friends. In Tuscaloosa, if you're looking for a premier brunch spot, then you should definitely try FIVE Bar on Sundays.

FIVE Bar is located in downtown of Tuscaloosa and gives you a New Orleans feel. On Sundays they have a live band and today they played some r&b hits. I didn't know Usher's songs could be played on an electronic trumpet.

If you think the atmosphere is nice, then you HAVE to try the food and mimosa. Today I had the chicken and waffles and it was delicious. The waffles were amazing and the chicken was friend to perfection! I learned today that they are called ' FIVE', because they only offer five menu options - but there's something for everyone to enjoy! You can't have brunch without a mimosa, and a glass is only $3, talk about a bargain!

All in all, I had a great first brunch in Tuscaloosa!
