Opening Date Set for Birmingham’s New Hattie B’s Hot Chicken

If you've been eagerly counting down the days until Birmingham's new Hattie B's Hot Chicken opened for business, I've got some good news for you: you've got less than two weeks left to wait!

Hattie B's will open June 1, 2016.

Take a moment to thank the tender, spicy heavens for this blessing of pure southern sustenance.

The famous restaurant chain announced it was opening a location in the Magic City last year. If you've never had Hattie B's before, I don't know what to tell you--except that maybe it's time to seriously think about who you are and where your priorities lie, because Hattie B's is THE G.O.A.T.

You may have noticed a trend in "hot chicken" dishes as of late, but all of these offerings pale in comparison to the divine Hattie B's. I would seriously punch a stranger for a plate of Hattie B's chicken (with southern greens and black eyed pea salad).
