Parade to Honor Late Band Director

This morning, family and friends of late Central High School band director Oscar Watts will host a parade in his honor.

Mr. Watts influenced the lives of many, including some who've gone on to either pursue careers in music or maintained a great appreciation for music and live bands. So, aside from a memorial service, this is a great way to honor his legacy.
