A Maryland man is not likely to face any charges after beating a 42-year-old teacher with a bat for  inappropriately texting the man's 15-year-old daughter.

Now, I'm not really an advocate of violence.  HOWEVER, 42 years old? That man is GOOD and grown! It's one thing to be fresh out of college and teaching high school, where the age difference might be 5 years or so, but 42? Oh, he knew better.  Even if the teen was very developed for her age and approached her teacher, phone numbers should have never been exchanged.  If the teen initiated contact and gave the teacher her number, he should have contacted her parents and let them know they had a Tempting Hottie on the rise.

What do you think? Was the parent wrong for taking matters into his own hands? Should he face charges?
