Pastor Jordan Brown says Whole Foods wrote homophobic slur on a cake he ordered. Whole Foods says he's lying, and they have filed a lawsuit against him. Don't know who to believe? Check this out.

The pastor says he ordered a cake from the Whole Foods store on Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas and says that he didn't notice the slur until he got into his vehicle.

Now, tell me this: WHO orders a cake and doesn't check the writing before leaving the bakery? Even if you've asked for a statement as simple as "Love Wins," wouldn't you at least want to see how it was written? Not everyone can write on a cake!

Secondly, (if by chance really he was that apathetic) he went all the way home and made a video rather than taking the cake back in the store and clowning right then? His story should have been all over the news because of his immediate reaction rather than circulating social media.

Keep those ideas in mind as you watch this surveillance video of Mr. Brown's purchase, released by Whole Foods.

Now, right here, he's looking down while the cake is scanned.

But he didn't notice the slur until he got into his vehicle?  Mmmm hmmm.  This clearly shows the cashier scanning a label on the top of the box (which is on the end closer to the purchaser, who I refuse to call a pastor at this point).

Check out the details of suit/countersuit.

What do you think?  Is the pastor lying or did Whole Foods discriminate against him?  Putting $100,000 on the line to prove its innocence is a lot of confidence, don't you think?
