Tuscaloosa Police are searching for a suspect they believe to have commited 2 armed robberies in Tuscaloosa earlier this month. According to al.com, he first robbery happened at the Kangaroo Express on East McFarland Boulevard.

A female clerk was working when the suspect, wearing gloves, brandished a silver revolver and motioned for her to open the cash register closest to the door. When she placed the register drawer on the counter, the gunman took and undisclosed amount of money and put it into his pockets.

The second robbery happened at the Fast and Easy on Highway 69 South. The suspect, again wearing all black and a blue bandana over his face with his hand in his pocket giving the the impression that he had a gun demanded money from the store safe and the register.

In both cases the suspect is described as a black male who is about 5-feet, 8-inches tall.
