I've finally grown up and decided to go out to eat alone. Doing so, I chose to sit at the bar. For some reason, it seemed less awkward. I noticed something that I'd never seen before.

Mind you, I never sit at any bar. So, this may be commonplace. I'm not sure.

Approaching the bar at Logan's, I noticed these hooks that were practically at knee level when seated. I assumes they were for purses. So, I asked the bartender. She said she'd never noticed them before, but she assumed it was.

Seems like such a small detail, but it certainly felt more comfortable than just hanging my bag on the back of the stool. It made me curious. Is this common at all bars, or is this "the Logan's exception?"
