Retaliation Leads to Killing of Victim’s Brother

A 2-year-old was killed Sunday after running into the street and being run over by a van.  The van's driver and the toddler's 15-year-old brother ran to the Damani Terry's side, and both were shot by an unidentified gunman.

The gunman is said to have intentionally shot Archie Brown in the head but also shot 15-year-old Rasheed Chiles in the shoulder as he rushed to check on his little brother.  He died while in surgery.

So, at least one Milwaukee parent is now mourning the loss of two children in connected yet separate incidents, all because a gunman (who police are still trying to identify) took matters into his own hands.  A $25,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the gunman's arrest.
