Once again, Russell Simmons is attempting to sell his Financial District penthouse in New York. Simmons is aiming to get $9.92 million for the home.

According to the New York Post. he previously listed the apartment back in 2012 for $11 million before it was taken off the market a year later. He'd previously shared the home with his ex-wife, Kimora Lee Simmons but bought her out of the home for $2.3 million when the couple split back in 2006.

As for the specs, the home is a 7,175-square-foot duplex loft which features five bedrooms and barrel-vaulted ceilings. There's also a library with a gas fireplace and approximately 3,500 square feet of private outdoor space, a gourmet kitchen, dressing room, and private roof deck.

Simmons came under fire in late 2017 after 10 different women accused him of rape, attempted rape and other acts of sexual misconduct. The New York Police Department is reportedly investigating at least two of the claims. In November 2017, Simmons stepped down from all of his businesses amid the slew of allegations.

"As the corridors of power inevitably make way for a new generation, I don’t want to be a distraction so I am removing myself from the businesses that I founded," he wrote in a statement. "The companies will now be run by a new and diverse generation of extraordinary executives who are moving the culture and consciousness forward."

Back in April, one $5 million sexual assault lawsuit against Simmons was dismissed. Simmons has denied all of the allegations against him.
