“Sesame Street” is Doing the Most
Yesterday, news broke that "Sesame Street" is tackling the issue of an incarcerated parent with the inclusion of Alex, a muppet whose father is said to be in jail.
Since I've never had to deal with it, I cannot provide an opinion. I can't even think of a person who was without a parent for an extended period of time because the parent was locked up. So, with that said, I want to know what you think:
Has "Sesame Street" gone too far from its educational goal or is this issue one that needs to be addressed?
