Shots Fired Over Fence Posts Dispute

This is crazy, shots were fired in a Tuscaloosa neighborhood over a dispute about fence posts. Apparently the residence of a home came out to find the suspect pulling up fence posts in the victims backyard.

When confronted about pulling up the fence post the suspect pulled a gun and began firing. No one was hit but shots did hit a neighboring house.

According to al.com when police arrived they interviewed the victim and suspect and arrested the suspect and charged him with attempted murder and firing into an occupied dwelling.

Well that should teach him about pulling up somebody else's fence posts and then shooting at them when they catch you doing it. Full Story
