Six Tuscaloosa Men Face Sexual Offense Charges in Connection with 15-Year-Old Girl

Tuscaloosa Police have arrested six suspects on rape and sodomy charges for allegedly forcing a 15-year-old girl into prostitution. 

TPD released the following statement this morning: Tuscaloosa Police Juvenile Investigators have arrested multiple suspects for Rape and Sodomy after a month long investigation. On April 30, 2013 the Tuscaloosa Police Department received a missing person report on a fifteen year old female. The female was with her father visiting Tuscaloosa from a nearby town when she ran away from her father. On May 18, Investigators with the Juvenile Division located the female and placed her in the Tuscaloosa County Juvenile Detention Center on a juvenile pick-up order. Investigators questioned the female about where she had been and her recent activities. Investigators learned that she had been staying in several different hotels and private residences in the Tuscaloosa area. During this time investigators believe the female was prostituted out by different individuals. The investigation is ongoing and more charges will be brought as investigators present more charges to the Grand Jury for indictments. The following individuals have been charged in the case so far:

Christopher Lacell Lee, 18 years old, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on May 22nd 2013 for Rape 2nd Degree and Sodomy 2nd Degree.

Darnell Lucious Jr., 18 years old, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on May 22nd 2013 for Rape 2nd Degree and Sodomy 2nd Degree.

Michael Antonio Long, 19 years old, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on May 22nd 2013 for Rape 2nd Degree.

Tavares Jermaine Nixon, 35 years old, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on May 24th 2013 for Rape 2nd Degree.

Wahdrecus Jaamal Morgan, 21 years old, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on May 30th 2013 for Rape 2nd Degree.

Kenton Jamaal Collins, 29 years old, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on May 30th 2013 for Rape 2nd Degree and Sodomy 2nd Degree.
