Someone Found the Inspiration for Flash from ‘Zootopia’

Parents will get this because almost all children begged to see "Zootopia" when it came out in theaters.  Most of those who didn't catch it at the theater have since watched the movie at home.

Remember Flash, the sloth at the DMV?

There's a good chance his character was inspired by this guy.  You HAVE TO watch this video!

I could almost feel my hair jumping from the crown of my head as my patience waned just watching this video.  I couldn't imagine actually being there.  I would have been in another line so fast!

But then again, the complete hilarity in the moment would have been lost.  Thanks to @tcolyar15 for capturing it.

Surely this guy was not the real inspiration behind Flash, but it's possible.
