Steve Brown’s Father Found Safe

Sometimes, people forget that entertainers have lives just like everyone else. Over the past few days, one of West Alabama's favorite entertainers went through a dramatic ordeal in his personal life but he never allowed it to affect his professionalism.

Steve Brown has been making people laugh for decades! It's hard to imagine him having a bad day or being in a place of uncertainty, but one can only imagine the emotional turmoil he underwent when being faced with the fact that his father had gone missing.

Throughout the ordeal, Steve continued to perform and promote his upcoming shows while also displaying his faith.

He still made sure Tuscaloosa knew his commitment to Funny First Friday remained.

He had support pouring from all corners of the United States with family, friends, and fans pleading with their contacts in the Detroit area to keep a lookout for Mr. Brown.  This morning, I woke up to great news: Steve's father was found last night.

Most who are connected to Steve shared in his joy, even to the point of tears. Congratulations to the Brown family for being reunited with your loved one. Now, let us all remember there are still missing people from Tuscaloosa County, dozens missing across the state, and numerous being sought by the FBI among many others.
