What do you do when you pay for a course TWICE and fail it both times? No, you don't hire a tutor or change to a major that doesn't require that course. You sue the school!

According to Fox News, Jennifer Burbella cited anxiety and depression as reasons she was not able to pass the class and said the university didn't do enough to accommodate her "disability." So, she's suing for $75,000.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't anxiety a part of the college experience? You know, enjoy the time away from parents, freak out when you oversleep for your 8:00 class, question whether or not you should keep your major after you've failed a test..... Can you imagine how many schools would not exist if students could sue because anxiety caused them to fail? I think I'll keep my eye on this case. Stillman, be on standby.
