It was a great weekend to be outdoors. I took full advantage of the weather and grilled all that I could. Day or night it didn't matter I was off work and I grilled my butt off. I decided to grill some neckbones, pork chops, and chicken wings.Hope to share my grilling tips so you might have a better grill out than normal.

First you have start off with the seasoning rub for the meat. Start with 4 Tbls brown sugar, 3 Tbls chili powder, 1 Tbls garlic powder, 1 Tbls onion powder, 1/2 Tbls each of salt and pepper,1/2 Tbls ground cumin, 1 Tbls paprika. Blend all together in food processor until well blended.

Sprinkle liberally on your meat of choice (works best on chicken and pork) then let rest  30-60 mins. Then grill meat as you would normally would and enjoy.
