Alabama's Donta Hall signed his third contract with the Orlando Magic on Saturday, earning himself an NBA roster spot through the end of the 2021 season.

Alabama sophomore guard Jaden Shackelford has taken to his social media to announce his decision to enter the NBA Draft. Shackelford adds that he will not hire an agent in order to maintain his college eligibility.

Former Alabama basketball star Donta Hall, took on a new challenge Wednesday night as he made his debut for the Orlando Magic. Hall signed a 10 day contract on April 13th. This is now his third appearance on an NBA roster after first playing for the Brooklyn Nets and the Toronto Raptors. Hall finished his debut with 7 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks, and 1 steal.

After one of the best seasons in Alabama men's basketball history, senior Herb Jones has announced he will enter into the upcoming NBA Draft. Jones joins fellow senior John Petty in the NBA Draft pool, due to the pandemic seniors had the option to return to universities for an additional year.

In his third year in the NBA, former Alabama basketball player Collin Sexton is setting career highs in scoring and assists as he keeps the Cleveland Cavaliers in the playoff hunt. On Wednesday night Sexton scored 29 points and had six assists in a 117-1110 victory over the Boston Celtics.

Former Alabama forward Donta Hall is signing a 10-day contract with the Toronto Raptors according to Shams Charania. Hall re-enters the G League after having spent time with the Detroit Pistons affiliated Grand Rapids Drive in 2019-20.

Former Mobile native, Demarcus Cousins has been waived by the Houston Rockets. Both parties mutually agreed to part ways according to ESPN. Cousins was given $2.3 million in guaranteed money from the Rockets, but will now look for other interested teams to join.
