A Birmingham teen has died from a gunshot to the head.  The shooting happened in the 1000 block of Tuscaloosa Avenue Friday afternoon around 4:17 p.m. 19-year-old Lamarkus Demon Hamilton died Sunday afternoon. Birmingham police have charged Antonio King, 17 and Jason Wade, 19 with murder, first-degree assault and second degree assault in the shooting death of 14 year old KeKe Rice. Both are in the Jefferson County Jail with bond set at $1.5 million each.

How many teenagers have to die before someone realizes that parents need to held accountable for the actions of their kids. I think things would definitely change if the mother, father and the child had to pay for the crimes committed by the child, especially murder and violent crimes.
