Thank God it's Friday and the first day of May. I thought since it was so pretty out this morning that I would fix lunch for myself and a few folks at the station. I had some spare ribs and country style ribs and a couple of chicken breasts so I decided to grill em'. I got up early to leave enough time before I had to go to work. I made my own sauce, beans with ground beef and cole slaw all from scratch. It turned out very well, if I do say so myself. Have a great first weekend in May. Check out the menu below:
