The Bacon Brew Burger Oh So Simple

That's right with all the excitement of The Bacon and Brewfest coming , I had to try another beer inspired dish. This time all you do is hand make your own beef patty ( 80/20 does well) season to taste then cook over medium heat for first 3-4 minutes then flip over.

While cooking other side of burger add 1/4-1/2 cup of your favorite brew then cover and reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes.

When done cooking add strips of perfectly cooked bacon (recipe in last post) then add whatever toppings that float your boat,then sit back with a cold beer and enjoy.
