The Joys of Home Ownership… NOT!!!

For some reason, people make the purchasing of a home a big deal.  It's nice to be able to start building a net worth,  but owning a home is hard work! 

Today,  I talked a good bit about my air conditioning going out at my house.  The crazy thing is that this is just the latest in a string of craziness.  Just Monday,  my pilot light blew out.  I was able to get it back on thanks to a friend who talked me through it on the phone.

Now,  I'm torn between fixing everything that needs to be fixed and enjoying my home and fixing everything and getting the heck outta here!

Having a landlord to fix things sounds better and better each day.  Maybe I'm just frustrated,  but maybe not.
