According to Tuscaloosa Police, 55-year-old Richard Monte Brown was arrested Tuesday, charged with two counts of Arson 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree fpr allegedly setting fires at 3 locations last Thursday. He was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending a $33,000 bond.
