Students and teachers at the University of Alabama marched from Gorgas Library to the Rose Administration Building this morning to oppose racial segregation among its Greek-letter social organizations. The march was dubbed the Stand in the Schoolhouse Door 2013.

Next Wednesday, September 25, the Chamber of Commerce will host a grant writing workshop from 8:00am until Noon for both experienced grant seekers and those new to the field. The deadline to register is this Friday.
