His wife, Melanie, is said to have filed for divorce three days prior to the incident. The other victim has been identified as Ronald Hydrick.

Authorities in Sparks, Nevada are investigating a motive in a shooting where a middle school student opened fire with a semi-automatic handgun shortly before classes yesterday, wounding two 12-year-old boys, killing a teacher, and then taking his own life. The injured boys are said to be in stable condition.
