According to Tuscaloosa Police, 16-year-old Anthony Jamal Hill was arrested Tuesday and charged with 1st degree rape and 1st degree sodomy in connection to allegations that he'd sexually assaulted an 8-year-old in recent months. Hill was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending a $120,000 bond and will be charged as an adult.
