According to Tuscaloosa Police, Elizabeth Hemming, who was last seen in Tuscaloosa Tuesday morning, has been located at a bus station in Charlotte, N.C.  She was unharmed and has been taken into custody.

The League of Women Voters of Greater Tuscaloosa and its partners will host a forum featuring candidates for Tuscaloosa County Sheriff, House District 16, and Senate District 24 at the Bryant Conference Center on Tuesday, Oct. 28, beginning at 6:30pm. This event gives the public a chance to meet the candidates and hear what they have to say about certain issues.

The Tuscaloosa Farmers Market at the River Market will host its annual fall festival on Saturday, Oct. 25 in celebration of fall harvest.  This will include face-in-hole boards for photos, a chili cook-off, and pumpkin carving.
