The City of Tuscaloosa says the third annual Holidays on the River ice rink will open Sunday, Nov. 23 at noon and will run through Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015 on the lawn of the Mildred Westervelt Warner Transportation Museum. Tickets are on sale and may be purchased through Ticketmaster, at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, or at the museum.
